- Digital products (Digital Codes, AutoCodes) are sent via Email. Customers must register a valid and active e-mail address without typing in order to receive digital product shipments from our system. We do not use SMS for shipping digital products.
- Mcardgame digital products: Voucher codes or serial keys from Mcadgame digital products will be sent instantly by email at any time after payment is received, unless you use the “Manual Transfer” payment method. Specifically for the “Manual Transfer” method, a voucher code or Mcardgame serial key will be sent via email after payment and confirmation of payment we will receive during business hours every day at 09.00-20.00 WIB.
- Delivery will be made after after we receive the Payment Confirmation / Payment Confirmation following payment within the applicable deadline
Regarding Digital Products
- Digital Product Guarantee is limited to: Mcardgame guarantees that the serial key / voucher code sold by Mcardgame is valid and can be used / redeemed / activated once on an account in games, services, software or applications from the developer if used according to the provisions listed on the developer’s official page or site. Mcardgame guarantees the confidentiality of Digital Products sold by Mcardgame, but Mcardgame is not responsible for any use of the code after the code is sent to the customer.
- Codes on Digital Products must be used / redeemed / activated maximally within 1 × 24 hours after shipment. We cannot check if there is a problem with the code used above 1 × 24 hours. If there are problems in using, please contact us a maximum of 1 × 24 hours after we send the code. Mcardgame will submit this report to the producers / developers concerned for investigation. The length of time for an inquiry is a maximum of 3 working days excluding Saturday, Sunday and red dates. During the time of the investigation, Mcardgame may request certain data. The customer is required to provide all data requested for the smooth investigation. Investigations and final decision making are carried out directly by the developer / publisher / producer and are ABSOLUTE and CANNOT be contested. Parties by developers / publishers / producers have the ability to track and check the validity status of the code. We will act EXPRESSLY in every effort to provide false reports with fraudulent, deceptive, criminal motives in accordance with applicable law.
- The final investigation and decision making are carried out directly by the developer / publisher / producer. Depending on the results of the investigation, the developer / publisher / manufacturer policy in replacing digital products includes but is not limited by the following points
- The code can be revised / corrected if typos occur on the part of Digicodes and the developer / publisher / manufacturer
- The code can be replaced by the developer / publisher / manufacturer if the investigation shows that the code is used BEFORE the time and hour of delivery to the customer (before the code is in the customer’s hands)
- The code can NOT be replaced by the developer / publisher / manufacturer if the investigation shows that the code is used AFTER the time and hour of delivery to the customer (after the code is in the customer’s hands)
- The code can NOT be replaced by the developer / publisher / producer if the investigation shows that the code STILL is ACTIVE and has not been used and / or cannot be used temporarily due to obstacles in the game, service, software or application from the developer.
- The code can NOT be replaced by the developer / publisher / manufacturer if something goes wrong by the buyer, such as a wrong purchase, wrong region or designation, and other errors.
